With Barbaro long since dead, PacMan Jones in custody, and LeBrone James (inabsentia) a new daddy, the radio talk shows will be beating this dead horse (sorry Barbaro) for years to come.
Is Bonds ability to connect with a baseball legendary? Yes. Did he screw himself into the Pete Rose hall of shame? Yes. Will the debate ever be settled? Absolutely not.
Agree completely with your sentiments, beachbumandproud.
Bonds will go into the baseball history books as one of the game's greatest athletes.
But will he ever take the places of Hank A. and the Babe?
