A story in today's Herald about declining etiquette in America caught my attention.
Ever been bothered by someone answering their cell phone and then barking loudly into it?
Annoyed when someone's g-string is showing from the top of their pants?
Irritated by someone's ugly, unsightly, gaudy tattoo?

I'm guilty of sipping my coffee through a straw if I can get hold of one or through a stirrer to prevent further coffee staining of my teeth, especially after I've gone through a cleansing. But I guess I'll just use my sippy cup only when I'm driving alone and want to enjoy a cup of coffee and not fear its browning effects. But we've got to do something those people who show their underpants for all the world to see.
I too have been known to sip coffee through a sugar/cream stirrer.
Bet lots of folks have done this.
