I'm a writer at heart, so this is one of the places I write. It's where I store my ideas, observations, interests. This is my personal reflective journal on a range of topics. I'm told journaling is good for the soul. I hope so. And since there's nothing quite as powerful as an idea, maybe a few of those will manifest themselves in my writing. It's a drab to get old, but it happens to all of us--if we're lucky. The hair turns white after you've been "through it" and have become truly "a real person."
Dr. Timbs, I enjoy looking at your page for ways to improve my own. Although I am not "old" yet, I am getting there and I too feel that when you have reached a point in your life where you have been through so much you don't mind something showing you have reached a point of satisfaction and are content that the days are getting shorter....even if it's our hair.
