I'm a writer at heart, so this is one of the places I write. It's where I store my ideas, observations, interests. This is my personal reflective journal on a range of topics. I'm told journaling is good for the soul. I hope so. And since there's nothing quite as powerful as an idea, maybe a few of those will manifest themselves in my writing. Thank you for reading and always feel free to post a comment.

Press on their chest to cheat death
You learn something new every day.
Breathing breath into someone who has stopped breathing (to buy them a few precious minutes till doctors or paramedics arrive) used to be what we were supposed to do.
No longer.
It's all about chest compressions to get the air circulating (inside a person's body) until help arrives.
Turn your sound up and click here for a stunning (and important) video on how to do it.
Might be a matter of life and death.
Thanks very much, Dorothy, for bringing this to dear old dad's attention.
